POSITION: Operations Manager

SV2 is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Operations Manager who is passionate about nonprofit management and will work with our team to drive the success of our mission through outstanding operations execution. For the past 19 years, the mission of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation (SVCF) has been to advance innovative solutions to challenging problems. The organization has returned to its community foundation roots - engaging donors, corporations, government and community partners in efforts to make the Silicon Valley region and the world a better place. Based in Mountain View, California, SVCF partners with families, individuals and corporations to manage and facilitate their philanthropy by connecting donors to communities’ most pressing needs.

IFIP seeks a mission-driven, detailed oriented, highly organized, and motivated individual to join IFIP’s growing global team as Operations Associate. This is a hybrid position with up to three days a week in-person at the IFIP office located in Sacramento, CA. The Operations Associate plays a key role in will supporting operations, office administration, and grants management for an expanding global organization. Fluency in formal/professional Spanish is required.
