Password Reminder

Every individual at an NCG member organization has a unique username and password to access our website. Please do not share your login information with others.

Not sure if you are a member? Check the Member Directory to see if your organization is a member. If you find your organization, follow the instructions below to retrieve your login information.

First time users and returning users:
To retrieve your login information, enter your email address below and click 'Submit'. If a record of your email address is found, you will receive an automated email with your login information.

If your email address is not found when you click 'Submit', please email memberservices[at]ncg.org for login assistance. We may need to add you to our membership database.

You will not be able to retrieve your login information using your email address if you:

    * do not have an email address;
    * share an email address with one or more colleagues; or
    * if your email address has changed and your current address is not in our system.
