Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Philanthropic Director to join our team and lead our West Coast fundraising efforts. This role is pivotal in managing a portfolio of donors, enhancing MVP's presence, and leading donor-organizing efforts in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising across various non-profit and political entities, including c3, c4, and PAC, and will possess excellent management, organizing, and interpersonal skills.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Program Officer of Immigrant Rights and Inclusion, the Program Officer (PO) for Economic Justice plays a critical role within the Foundation’s small, hard-working, results-oriented team. This position advances the Foundation’s goals in economic justice, by researching potential grantees, assessing alignment and preparing written and oral recommendations on grant proposals to the CEO and Board of Directors.  The PO will possess strong analytical and presentation skills to inform relevant parties on key demographic and economic justice issues

Position Overview: Third Plateau, a growing multi-disciplinary social impact strategy firm, is looking for a self-directed professional to serve as a Controller. The position will primarily focus on overseeing and managing the firm’s accounting and its related policies, procedures, reporting, and controls. The role will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
