Oakland Fund for Children and Youth (OFCY)

OFCY has piloted the After School Initiative, with the goal of allocating 50% of its annual granting budget to after school programs. The After School Alliance is designed to provide two-year grants (i.e., matching funds) to organizations receiving funds from the California Department of Education for comprehensive after school programs.
