Emergency Loan Fund Steering Committee
The Emergency Loan Fund (ELF) is a collaborative philanthropy enterprise housed at NCG. The ELF Committee meets regularly to consider loan/grant proposals for quick-turnaround, short-term, low-cost financial assistance to San Francisco Bay Area nonprofits. .
ELF Committee members make a non-specified financial contribution within a year of joining. Contributions are pooled into the ELF general fund.
