The Advisor, Philanthropic Services, is a core member of the Philanthropic Services team and the broader Partnership Services Department at Tides. This team provides integrated services for individual, family, foundation, and social change leader partners to support grantmaking, impact investing, advocacy, donor collaboration, and strategic advisory solutions. The Advisor manages a portfolio of partner relationships with diverse needs, interests, and values. This position will primarily support individuals and organizational partners.

The OnKai Health Foundation is a new nonprofit that is disrupting the healthcare industry by changing the way underserved communities access the resources they need to support health and well-being. An integral component of the OnKai ecosystem, the OnKai Health Foundation seeks to build a future where health equity is a tangible reality.

The Advisor provides service to a portfolio of partners and is adept at managing partner relationships. In addition, the Advisor assists departmental leadership on cross-functional teams and organizational projects as needed. The Advisor is a strong internal voice for partners to support them in navigating Tides Systems.

The Stuart Foundation seeks a strategic, effective, and knowledgeable multidisciplinary leader as Vice President, Finance and Administration – reporting to the President, sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, and directly supervising three team members – to oversee and enhance finance, operations, and board relations in alignment with the Foundation’s mission, values, goals, and strategies.
